Quality Management is an integrative philosophy of GPMC International management for continuously improving the quality of Program Management and Construction Management Services provided to our clients for the entire duration of each project.

 

GPMC International adopt the principles of Quality Management as envisaged in ISO 9001-Quality Management Systems including the creation of processes and procedures that measure the success and failures of services provided by GPMC.

 

GPMC International's philosophy is that Quality Management begins from the commencement of every project opportunity and needs to be applied consistently throughout the project.

 

All GPMC International personnel are required to apply GPMC Quality Management Policy at each element of their work during the employment period.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

GPMC lnternational deem health and safety to be of primary importance and a fundamental core business value. GPMC International recognize that health and safety is a management responsibility that requires senior management leadership and is totally committed to the creation of a safe and healthy working environment that is free from injuries and accidents for all of their employees and all others involved in their work activity. In order to effectively manage risk and successfully control accident loss GPMC International will:

  • Promote and encourage a positive safety culture that considers people to be the most valuable asset and health and safety to be a first consideration regarding all work activities.

  • Strive to achieve the highest standards of health and safety by first rate management, leadership, motivation and a policy of continual improvement.

  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment that encourage and recognize safe working practices and enable people to make safe choices at their places of work.

  • Arrange appropriate and suitable health and safety training for all employees.

  • Identify and assess hazards and implement effective procedures to control risks.

  • Monitor and review policies and procedures and continually improve the GPMC Safety Management Systems.

  • Provide quality health and safety advice, information and solutions for all employees, stakeholders and other interested parties.

 

All GPMC International personnel are required to take reasonable care of their own and others safety and to support and promote the GPMC Health and Safety Management  Policy.
